Chicken Fry ( From the leftover curry)

Ingredients :
At home, we usually have more chicken pieces leftover the next day with very little gravy. So I make this chicken fry
Chicken pieces from the curry – 6-7 pieces ( Medium Size)
Onion -2 ( Chopped fine)
Garlic – 7-8 pods
Ginger - ½ inch chopped fine.
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 stalk
Leftover Curry – ½ cup
Green Chilli – 1
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and cook till they turn brown.
Add ginger and garlic.
Cook for 2 mins.
Now add chicken pieces and pepper powder.
Add curry leaves and cook for 2-3 mins on high flame.
Turn the pieces over and cook again on high flame for 2-3 mins.
This is done so that the chicken pieces turn crisp on the outside.
Now add the leftover curry and cook till the curry dries up.
(I add the curry in the end so that there is some moisture and the pieces to not dry up too much)
